Viewing A Contact

Occasionally, users may wish to connect with members that have shared their contact information or personal contacts they have added to the Contacts module. In this article we will discuss how to view a contact from within the Contacts module.  

Overview

Whenever a member of MHParks.com has opted in to make their profile information public, other Premium Members can view their information using the Contacts module. Once on the main page of the Contacts page, simply click the user's specific Contact Type hyperlink and the details of the contact will display. This action is also performed to view Personal contacts, that you have manually added to your Contacts list.  

Prerequisites

To view a member's contact information two prerequisites are required:
  1. You must be a Premium member to access the Contacts module
  2. The member that you wish to view in the Contacts module must first opt-in to making their profile information public, within their own profile settings. 

Instructions

To view the detailed information of a contact listed in the Contacts module, please perform the following steps.
  1. Login to your MHParks.com account. 
  2. In your Dashboard, click Contacts from the left menu.
  3. Locate the Member or Personal contact you wish to view the detailed information of.
  4. Within the Contact Type field, click the hyperlink for the Member or Personal contact. 
  5. With the details of your contact open, you can now navigate to the information you wish to view by selecting the appropriate tab from within the Contact Information menu. This will be located at the right of the page.
