Submitting A Sold Park

Both Basic Members and Premium Members have access to the Sold Parks module

In this article the user will learn how to submit sales information about a mobile home park or RV park that they have successfully sold after advertising it on MHParks.com. 

Overview

To accurately gather mobile home park and RV park sales information, MHParks.com has integrated our Sold Parks module with our Parks for Sale Ad module. This allows anyone, that has created a Park for Sale Ad, to submit the information about their successful sale. After the sale information has been submitted, members of MHParks.com can then view the information, from within Sold Parks, while they are looking for comparable sales data for their own transactions.   

Prerequisites 

  1. Prior to submitting information about a sold mobile home or RV park, users must publish a Park for Sale Ad from within the Advertise module.

Instructions

To submit the sales information on a park that you have sold, please perform the following steps.
  1. Login to your MHParks.com account.
  2. In your Dashboard, click Advertise in the left menu.
  3. Be sure you are viewing the "Parks for Sale" Ad Tab.
  4. Locate the park you wish to submit the sale information for. 
  5. Within your advertisement's Listing Status field, click the Edit icon  to change the Listing Status.
  6. Click the Select Listing Status dropdown and select Sold.
  7. Click the Save button on the Change Listing Status form. 
  8. Confirm you wish to change the Listing Status to Sold by clicking Yes
  9. After confirming you wish to change the Listing Status to Sold, you will be prompted that your Listing Status has been successfully updated, and the Submit Sold Park Information form will be displayed.
  10. When the Submit Sold Park Information form appears, complete the fields in the Sales Details, Sale Terms, and Sales Questions sections, or check the option I do not wish to help MHParks.com track sale information for their users, to keep the sale's information private.  
  11. After verifying your information is correct, click the Submit button located in the bottom right of the form, to submit the sales information. 

Note - After clicking the Submit button on the Submit Sold Park Information form, your advertisement, along with the sales information you provided, will immediately be displayed in Sold Parks
