Sometimes we all just need a little help to find the right answer. In those moments, the MHParks.com Support Team is ready to provide that extra help. In this article you will learn about the various ways to find the answers your looking for about MHParks.com, and how to contact our Support Team when you can't find the answer.

Overview 

While MHParks.com does have an extensive Knowledge Base which covers many of the basic instructions on how to accomplish various tasks,  we also provide our members with direct access to our Support Team via Email, Chat, or Support Tickets. The details below will outline how to utilize each of the methods. 

  1. Email - Anyone can contact the MHParks.com Support Team by directly emailing support@mhparks.com. Our typical response time, to all email correspondence, is within 24 hours during normal business hours. Emails received outside of our normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
  2. Chat - Both visitors and members of MHParks.com can reach our Support Team by using the chat widget located in the lower right of any page on MHParks.com. Members of our team typically staff our chat during normal business hours to provide instant answers for our users. After business hours, or when support is away from their desk, users can leave a message in the chat window, and one of our Support Team will contact you once they are available.   
  3. Support Tickets -  During times that users have a more in-depth question, may have experienced a bug in MHParks.com, or have an idea about a new feature, users are encouraged to contact support by submitting a support ticket. By submitting a Support Ticket a history of the issue, and its resolution, can be tracked by the MHParks.com Support Team. Each time you submit a Support Ticket you will also be able to view its history from within the Support Center. Our typical response time, to all Support Tickets, is within 24 hours during normal business hours. Emails received outside of our normal business hours will be processed the next business day.      
Note - Support Tickets are the preferred method for members to contact the Support Team. This enables MHParks.com to track issues that members may have experienced while using MHParks.com.
Note - Normal business hours for MHParks.com staff are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm CST.
